Those who switch over rapidly may take a week vacation. And a person who switches over slowly, should better use a larger number of vacation days.

Everything depends on the type of a person, on his/her wishes and desires. Follow the voice of your heart. There are people for whom the best rest is in the village. These people say that they need their space. Others need to change impressions, and this is also clear. Another environment, surroundings and sounds from the outside world make a person forget about difficulties and to switch over to the new rhythm faster and better.
