Tips how to rest correctly

In our time people wait for vacation the whole year and don't want to spoil it by conflicts and quarrels.

How long

Psychologists offer two options: two days holidays can bring you a lot of impressions and complete lack of time to discuss your relationships and 10 - days rest, where the fourth day is for quarrel, the fifth for reconciliation and the rest of the leave will pass quietly.

5-days trip can is meant for very friendly spouses only.

Combination of relatives of different generations is not desirable.

Visit your relatives on weekend; spend your vacation only with your family.

Most often, we prefer to spend our leave together with our husbands and wives. Yet this does not mean that you have merged together! So do not be surprised when your beloved person explodes in anger because of some nonsense.

If you want to propose your girlfriend to spend your leave together, be ready to experience disappointment, because close contact will surely reveal some unpleasant and unknown features in her to you. If you are hot-tempered, intolerant or incredibly tired, remember, that the best choice for you to rest in solitude.

In order not to spoil your relationship forever, you should follow simple rules:

1. Your leave should be affordable and not undermining for your budget.

2. Don't save on space. The best way to maintain good relations is to live in a large room or in two separate rooms (it also refers to spouses). The more space you have, the fewer are chances for quarrels.

3. Frankly identify the purpose of your leave. Be sincere with your companion; tell him/her about your secret desires.

4. You are not Siamese twins, part from time to time to walk alone. Do not be afraid to offend your companion by a proposal to spend night or day apart and then to share your impressions. Permanent contact can cause irritation even among spouses. You should meet other people.

5. Switch over. If you feel that your relationship is strained, try to find an outside object, on which you could direct your aggression.

6. Never have it out.

Frankness gets it off your chest, but poisons the atmosphere. You may decide practical questions, but never pour out your emotions.
